The Budaya Cultural theatre is where truly exquisite Balinese cultural performances are combined with a sumptuous buffet dinner. Set as an open-air theatre style restaurant, Budaya Cultural Theatre is the perfect place to wine and dine under Bali's tropical night sky. Seating arrangements are on several different tiers, giving an opportunity for all guests to view a colorful performance on the stage below. The buffet is set on the top tier providing a selection of the finest international dishes. Weekly cultural performances include Legong dance and Ramayana dance. Budaya Cultural Theatre is available for dinner on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m. and available for scheduled theme nights. It is also available for private parties.

Buffet dinner is served from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. and the 50-minute show starts at 8.00 p.m.

Its main forms are called keras (strong , hard) and manis (sweet, delicate). The interlocking of their shades gives expression and dynamic to the action.
The content of the workshop is related to its length and to the number of participants (anyhow limited). Teaching starts with a propaedeutic training, to improve elasticity and coordination, followed by the basic elements of balinese theatre, both male and female. Afterwards the study of some choreographic unit will introduce to the necessary knowledge of music and rhythm.
